Herbals are considered a perishable goods for which special conditions apply in regards to returns. Once delivered the products cannot be simply returned by the customer. In case you are not fully satisfied with the product, please contact us immediately using the Contact us form. We must receive your notification in 14 days since the day the product was delivered. Describe the problem in detail and attach the pictures of the delivered products if necessary. We will try to resolve every problem you might have as your satisfaction is our priority.
Damaged and Faulty Items
If any of the products you receive is damaged, please contact us immediately. Provide the description and photos of the product and we will replace it at no cost.
In case we receive your order cancellation before it is shipped to your address your refund will be processed immediately. Once your order is shipped, a refund for medical items cannot be made. Refunds are credited back the same way the payment was made and will take 5 – 7 working days to be visible on your account, depending on the provider.
Our maximum liability for our failure to fulfil your order is limited to the price that you paid for that order.
